This is a VERY RARE opportunity to own one of the most accurate Daytona Spyder replicas ever built. All dimensions are exact and allow genuine Fer@ri parts to be used. These kits were produced by Emilio Garcia & Peter Jacobs of E.G Autokraft, milio turned berlinetta Daytonas into Spyders for many years.The E.G Autokraft Daytona was in a different league from all the other companies building Daytonas, hey were unusual because the body was already mounted to a custom chassis .

In my opinion, he vehicle would be rather impressive with Six Downdraft Weber Carbs installed on a V12 motor. The second choice is to install a Chevy 350 crate built motor. At one point, ohn's Cars (I believe) in Texas offered conversion kits to install Chevy motors and transmissions in Jaguar V12 vehicles. The same kit, f still available, ould be used in this vehicle.
This car is simply the BEST of the BEST and the closest you could possibly come to having an Original Daytona Spyder at a fraction of the price. Fer@ri sued most kit car companies to stop production, o the expense to produce this kit today would be immense and costly. So don't miss this RARE opportunity to build a great replica of a Daytona 365 gtb.
CHASSIS: Comprises a rigid lower section with tubular 1.5in C.D.S. backbone to form transmission tunnel and engine bay bracing. All mountings points are accommodated on the chassis. The chassis is designed to accept the suspension units without the need for retaining the original sub frames thus simplifying reconditioning and assembly.
BODY: Comprises one piece fiberglass shell. All steel frameworks and jig bonded into place providing extra rigidity and impact absorption. A full steel framework supports the windscreen frame whilst providing reinforced mounting points for the doors, onnet and boot together with all the additional external fittings.
DONOR CAR: This kit has been designed to accept all major components from the Jaguar XJ12. Many smaller items can also be used such as instruments, shtrays, inges etc.
NOTE: there is no title or vin to this vehicle as it is an unfinished project. You could probably use the donor car title or register it as a Replica, pcn, itcar or other in most states, lease do your homework.
