1930 Essex Rat Rod Hot Rod Street Rod Project

Up for sale is my Titled as 1930 Essex project car. This car starts, uns and drives.Brand new wiring harness. New windshield safety glass. No other glass in car.Lights I believe are 39' Buick and the rears are off a old fire truck. Custom frame from front to rear. The rear is a 96' T-Bird independent rear suspension system with disc brakes. Front suspension is Heights old school independent A-arms with manual rack and pinion steering. Coils with independent shocks. Drive train is 71' Monte Carlo 350 with 4-bolt main with a automatic Turbo 350 transmission. Radiator is a Champion aluminum 3 core with 16" electric fan with a home made grille shell. Fuel tank is aspunaluminum 9-gallon tank with no fuel gauge.The engine has a two barrel intake with a new Rochester carburetor. Custom made headers and exhaust system runs down the side of the car and exits out in front of the rear tires. Lugs are 4 1/2" bolt pattern with adapters on the rear. Four wheel disc brakes with vacuum assist on frame mounted assembly. Steering column is old school with turn signal lever with4-ways, nd the steering wheel comes off with the push of a button (quick disconnect). Tires and rims are Coaker steelies with universal pattern with white wall and old schoolcheater slicks with water grooves. Centers have trim rings with baby moons. Now comes the interesting part. Not one person has been able to tell me what exactly the body is in years. I left the body in rustic condition and sprayed Spar urethane clear to bring out the natural color of the rust and yet protect it. There is noroof at all on this car. Good ole' sunshine and awesome air conditioning. This car starts and runs very nice. I have approximately 1000 miles on it with no issues at all.
