This is a great old farm truck that I hate to get rid of, ut I don't use it enough to justify keeping it anymore. It was my rough weather driver in college, nd has been used on farm exclusively the past few years. No matter how long it sits, t fires up fine with a little oil squirted in the cylinders to prevent a dry start and some fresh fuel. The mechanical fuel pump went bad, nd the fuel tank leaks around the filler neck. There is a boat fuel tank and electric fuel pump plumbed in from the bed to allow temporary running. It does have good power, ut the engine is tired. The four wheel drive works great, nd I have never been able to get it stuck. It has a V8 engine with 4 speed manual and divorced cast iron transfer case, hich is a rare combination for these trucks. The u-bolts holding the left rear leaf spring pack to the axle were replaced a few years ago, ut they still need replaced on the right rear corner. Most of the lights work, hough the turn signals need rewired. The stock headlamp and turn signal switches are bad, nd have been rerouted to separate switches. All the gauges in the dash work except the ammeter. There is a working aftermarket ammeter mounted under the dash. It has the original vacuum tube radio, ut it is not mounted. This will make a great restoration project or use as-is with a good tune-up!
