Look at this car! This is a 1982 Oldsmobile Omega with only 160 original miles with the new car window sticker still on the window! Yes, his is not a misprint. The original 80 year old lady bought the car new in the spring of 1982. Her family drove the carhome for her and parked it. She did not like to drive at all. The car wasjust a comfort to her, nowing that it was there if she ever needed a car. The car was started up once in a while and run around the block just to keep it going. The car was also taken to the local inspection station once a year for it's inspection. This Omega was ordered fully loaded with all options including power windows and locks, ilt wheel, ulse wipers, M/FM Stereo, ir, inted windows, hrome dress up package, ight package, olding package, ear defogger, ual sport mirrors, arpeted GM floor mats ect, o the car is fully loaded. The original base price was just over $7000 and this car listed for $10,000 which was alot of money for an Omega. She could have bought a new Cutlass Supreme for the same price! Every single item on this car is original except for the gas and the battery. The original oil and all the other fluids are from the factory and still look like brand new. All the white wall tires are original. The car still smells new and so does the trunk which has both original spare tires, he small space saver and the optional full size spare with the blue still on the white wall. The car starts right up and runs fine. The original light blue finishis getting dull and flaking off on the top areas of the car from age so itcould usepaint, owever,I wanted to leave it original. GM cars of this era hadpaint issues from day one.The original headliner is starting to come down, owever, this can be corrected by an upholstery shop, ou do not have to replace it, already had it looked it. The rest of the dark gray interior is as new. The rubber bumper fillers are cracked and coming apart from age, gain, nother common GM issue of this era. Oldsmobiles are no longer being made and when was the last time anyone saw an Omega on the road? How about a fully loadedOmega? How about a fully loaded Omegawith only 160 miles on it? I am quite sure this is by far the lowest mile Oldsmobile Omega in the world. The GM X body cars, s they were called, were well known in their day for issues they had and most are long gone. The few X cars that exist have become somewhat of an item in the collector carfield today anda car like thiswill go up in value over time.Again, how often does a new one come up for sale? Ithink this is the first. I have had this car forover five years now. Iput 4 miles on it in 5 years so itjust sits. Putting miles on it is out of the question for me soafter thinking it over, t's up for sale........ NOTE.... It takes "time and money" to run an auction so "serious bidders only" please. If you are new to Ebay, r, f you have little or no positive feedback, lease send me an email before you bid. If you bid and win, ou bought the car period. Please ask any and all questions "before you place your bid." The reserve is more than fair for a car like this. I would like tosee it go to a good home. My feedback has always been 100% positive since I joined Ebay over 12 years ago which says alot. If you would like to see the car in person before you bid, ust ask. Once again, his car has only 160 miles. Not 160000 miles. Thank you for your interest in thisneat little car.
