1971 newport, fresh 440, solid arkansas body, dodge, plymouth

It's time for someone else to enjoy the hard work I've put into this Newport. Rock solid Arkansas body. No rot thru on any body panels. The rust seen in the pics

is surface only. Doors and fenders are still wearing original paint. Hood and trunk were repainted. original paint was probably sun cooked off. driver rear 1/4 was

side swiped. last picture shows patch panel. Car needs a bit more body work and a paint job. Floor pans are solid.Trunk has a few pinholes but not enough to

justify pan replacement. I do have the chrome piping that goes around grill. needs to be installed

Interior is nice. carpet, eadliner, nd seat covers are newer. dash has no cracks but is a bit sunburnt on top side. windshield is new. rest of glass is decent.

Engine has about 2000 milessince rebuild. cast crank 440, alanced, eith black .030 over pistons 10-1. comp cam specs similar to moparmagnum cam.

Dbl roller chain, indage tray, 69 iron intake, 71 heads (213 I think), djustable rockers,reman '71 carb, SD ignition, 69 HP exhaust manifolds, 1/2" exhaust

with glass packs. 727 trans is unmodified but shifts well. 8 3/4 rear w/ hwy gear, .76 or 2.91.

rims are 15 x 8 rally, 55/60 on all 4 corners. If buyer doesn't want the rims/tires I have a good matched set of 235/75/15 on steel rims. would knock $500 off price.
