This Suburban was a local trade in, dult owned, araged, on smoking and no pets. 3/4 ton big block 4x4 suburbans like this are very hard to find and most people hang to them forever as it the only non diesel 7 passenger SUV that will tow just about anything you put behind it with ease. This burb is super tight, uns and drives great, as gobs of power, ompletely rust free and is ready for some summer fun. I let my wife drive this beast for a couple days and she begged me to keep it, orry "leadfoot" not gonna happen. Options and Drive train:This big burb is equipped with a very powerful 8.1L (496) Vortec V8 engine, uto trans, WD, ce cold front/rear AC, ower windows/locks, og lights, int, utoride suspension, eather (non smoking) interior, uad seats, VD, elphi II XM2go, rd row seating, argo cover, ow package, djustable pedals, xtendable power tow mirrors, rakes are excellent, just installed 4 brand new AT tires on factory alloy wheels. It has a fresh oil change/filter service, t is turn key and ready to roll. Make a reasonable cash offer and you will own this suburban.

Though in excellent overall condition, his a used 12 year old 4WD family SUV and as you would expect there are some imperfections. I'm being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback and no one likes surprises. There is some damage and scrape on the drivers side rear fender flare and body just in front of the fender (see photos) There are a few very small scratches and dings as you would expect on a 4X4 SUV of this age but nothing out of the ordinary There is wear on the side of the drivers seat bottom, common GM issue ( see photos)

There is staining in the drivers floor carpet under the mat (see photos) I'm hoping my detail guy can get some of this out or you could cover it with weather-tech liners and forget about it.

There is some wear damage on the drivers arm rest, common GM issue (see photos) There is some "kid staining" on the rear seat belts (see photos) There are some places where the glove box paint has peeled and been repaired by PO, common GM issue (see photos)
