We are offering a beautiful 1967 Austin Healey 3000 MKIII BJ8 - one of the last BJ8 healeys built. This is a matching numbers 4 speed car that has gone through a complete rotisserie restoration by Robert Davey and Christian Purer; the entire process documented on CD. Runs and drives great. We also have complete ownership history of the car since new in 1967. One of the nicest Healey BJ8 cars in existence and the best color combo - white on red... one word awesome! Originally purchased by an air force officer stationed in england. Never driven in england but shipped home to palm desert, a in late 1967. in 1972 sold to richard olphant, lso of palm desert. Sometime later bought and restored by robert davey and christian purer. The car was restored in 2005. It was registered to the british motor industry trust in late 2005. Car was one of the last bj8 healeys built. Chris purer purchased the restored car from robert davey in early 2006 and titled it in his company name laguna classics llc and drove it until current owner purchased it in october of 2006.
