1961 DeSoto 4 dr. hdtp (no post). Only 2,123 built. Clean Washington title.

This car was available only in 2 and 4 dr hdtps last year of production. They all had 361 cu. in. V8's and were not made with any badge names. such as "Fire Flights" or "Adventurer". Push button drive. auto. 3 speed trans. Body is very solid except for rust in floors. (All floors need to be replaced. ) There has been some body scrapes over the years. but no major damage. Rockers are solid as well as 1/4 panels. Right rear is solid with only surface rust. Left rear 1/4 is also solid. Has original spare wheel and bumper jack. Dash is missing radio. ashtray and lighter. Shows 76. 91 miles. Power steering and power brakes. Engine is free and turns over. but has not been driven since 1982. (33 years) All stainless trim is in very good condition. Only piece missing appears to be the "T" on DeSoto on the deck lid. Seat frames in good usable condition but need upholstery. as does the complete interior. Have the original keys and 44 page owners manual that is in excellent condition. Clean Washington title. patsantiques Store
