1959 Edsel Ranger

Selling my 1959 Edsel Ranger. I do not drive the car very much, o I have decided to sell it and let some one else enjoy it as much as I have. Car runs and drives good. Car looks good. I have taken it to some local car shows since I have owned it and taken a few second places with it. Car is not a 100 point show car. It is a nice cruiser car that looks good. I always get compliments on it every time I have it out. Chrome and paint are good, ut there are some area's with rock chips and such. Previous owner had done all the work to the car, hich was probably 12 years ago. I have owned the car a couple years. Car was originally white and was repainted the jet stream blue color it is now. Also previous owner said the motor and transmission had been rebuilt when all the other work was done 12 years or so ago. But I can not verify that positively. I think previous owner had also redone the interior. Everything is working except original radio was disconnected and a hide away radio installed. I do not know if original radio works or not. All lights work and clock runs most of the time. Clock does sometimes stop and then will restart if you adjust knob. Car has manual steering and brakes, ut car stops good and steers easy. Car has dual exhaust and sounds good. Tires are in good shape. Odometer shows 78,569. Engine is a 292 with a 2 speed automatic transmission. All gauges function properly. Not sure when car had a tune up last, o it probably would not be a bad idea to do plugs and wires an a cap and rotor. Oil and filter should not need changed for a few thousand miles. Has a clear title. Being that this car is 57 years old it is being sold as is with no warranty! And keep in mind it's age and do not expect it to be perfect. Buyer is responsible for picking car up or arranging shipping. I will require a $250 non refundable deposit to be made after sale. And the balance to be paid for in Cash.
