No mechanical issues, ave paperwork for all work done. I have tried to highlight any cosmetic wear and tear. The interior passenger side door handle is taped up as the rubber gets sticky. It's a common problem for these E92s.
This vehicle has been under the coverage of a comprehensive extended warranty (not included with vehicle purchase), o I have been on top of all service requirements and have replaced any applicable wear and tear items with original BMW parts. Front struts and lower control arms have been replaced, il filter gasket and valve cover gasket has been replaced, urbo coolant pipes have been replaced.
