Ready for some off road fun this ongoing project has been transformed from a 1/2 ton C10 into a heavy duty 3/4 ton 4X4. Starting with a solid, ust free desert truck the cab and short box it has been fitted to a custom built K20 frame. a high performance 35, D 4 speed manual transmission, ear drive Rockwell transfer case and fitted with a 8 lug Dana 44 front axle with disk brakes and a Corp 14 8 lug rear axle it's sure to handle just about anything you can put to it! The motor codes out to a 1979 350 GMC truck engine, t does have an Eldelbrock manifold and carburator, ccel electronic ignition, ull length headers and a 2 1/2 mandrel bent duel exhaust. The engine and drivetrain was done by a previous owner, do not know how many miles are on it but it does run and drive well, oesn't smoke, o weird noises or anything so I feel mechanically it's in good condition. I did replace the power steering box (original was leaking) and put on a set of 34" tall Firestone Destination M/T tires mounted on American Racing "Baja" rims.A recently completed cosmetic restoration has been done. The body was refinished in the original light blue inside and out, ot a show paint job but nice, imilar to what would be original factory paint. We installed a new factory style interior including a black vinyl seat, ew dash pad and factory rubber flooring. The body underside, enderwells, ab floor and inside the bed has been coated with black bedliner for durability, he frame painted a proper semi-gloss black. The windshield, ll the weatherstripping, oor felts, ct have been replace with new as has most the chrome trim that was damaged or missing. Upgrades include an in dash direct fit Vintage Air A/C heat and defrost unit, JVC/ Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo, tilt steering column with custom wheel and Rancho shocks and steering stabilizers. .Overall, feel this is a great little truck, ots of fun and turns heads and gets thumbs up wherever it goes. It even won an award for "Outstanding Offroad' at the Southwest Supernationals, large indoor car show a couple weeks ago. Feel free to call me at 505-453-4760 if you have any questions or if you would like to see the truck in person before you bid, t is located in Albuquerque, M. The truck does have a clear NM title, t is titled as the original C10 and all the usual apply as far as payments, ickup or shipping is the buyers responsibility. Thanks for looking!
