Vehicle Condition:
I am selling my personally owned 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 4-Matic with ONLY 25K miles on it. Still under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY till June, 017. Thats right, till have OVER 1 YR FULL FACTORY WARRANTY!!! I purchased this car in Florida and has been in Florida it’s whole life. Excellent condition inside and out. No problems. Runs and Drives perfect! I take meticulous care of this car. The interior is in EXCELLENT condition as you can see in the photos below this description. Exterior is also in excellent condition. Everything in the car works great. No problems at all. All windows roll up and down no problem. Carpet and seats are in good shape. Please look at my pictures carefully and know that you are buying an EXCELLENT condition Mercedes E350. This car is FULLY LOADED with all the bells and whistles. Navigation, lue Tooth Cellular, lue Tooth Audio, utomated everything, tc.. Windows are tinted sides and rear for UV protection. Everything on this car is 100% original from the dealership as purchased in 2013. The original window sticker and all original manuals and paperwork is also included as you can see in the last pictures below. Bottom line…this is a very original low miles 2013 Mercedes E350. That is what you are getting.

A deposit of 10% (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Within 72 hours of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by either Bank to Bank wire transfer, ash on Pick-up, r Bank Certified funds to Seller
Fees and Tax Information:
There is a $300 Dealer Fee that will be IN ADDITION to your final bid amount. This fee is mandated by the state to be charge to every customer in the same amount. By law, e can not exempt this fee for one customer and not the next. ALL customer will be charged this fee. If you are a Florida State resident, ou will be required to pay a 6% Florida Sales Tax along with any county tax for the county of your residence. As a Florida resident, here will also be a registration and title fee. The amount of that fee will depend on if you purchase the trailer and if you have a tag to transfer or not.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, nd/or city taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

If we cannot confirm your intention to buy this vehicle within 1 day, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
