California car - So the engine and transmission has not had to start/run in cold freezing temperatures. Car driven in mild CA weather its whole life. Not in icy or salted, arsh road conditions. Engine, ody, hassis and all mechanicals correspondingly healthier/cleaner than a similar 750 LI from harsher climates. It makes a difference in looks, ongevity, eel and performance.
