1966 Volkswagen Convertible. Beautiful "NO RESERVE".

1966 VOLKSWAGEN CONVERTIBLE

I purchased this from someone I've known for years. I have never owned a Volkswagen but loved the appearance. I've never seen one this cool. It says Karman on it but not sure if that is an option or all of them were made with this designation.

The paint appears beautiful but on close inspection has several small indentations and few flaws. The glass is excellent. The rubber throughout is in good condition. The doors, runk, nd hood fit well. Chrome is bright and nice.

The interior is in nice condition and fits well. The convertible top and boot are new. Carpets and door panels are very good. The dash is excellent and the instruments work. Have not tried the radio.

The motor runs like a watch with no leaks. The 4 speed shifts smoothly. Brakes work well. This has new polished alloys and tires.

This is fun to drive and has "that look". A double cool driver quality convertible. "NO RESERVE"
