1995 Nissan 240sx 5spd rwd S14 *unmolested*

1995 Nissan 240SX with 203k miles. Car just passed VA State Inspection (legally). Has 4 new tires and new brakes/rotors all around. Car drives well and the motor is strong. Clean title in hand ready to sell. This car has not been "tuned", odified, r molested. Other than the radio, verything is in stock form.In the last 10,000 miles, he car has received a new fuel filter, lutch, adiator, nd water pump. In the last 1,000 miles, he car received new brakes, otors, nd tire on all 4 corners.
The car has a few cosmetic issues:
Hood has several dents from falling acorns, ome rub marks on corners of front bumper cover, few small dents on passenger side forward and aft of the rear wheel, unroof frame has 2 cracks but no signs of leak, ub marks on rear bumper cover above license plate, arpet worn on drivers side floorboard, mall split in center of dash.

Mechanically:Check engine light came on last month with EGR code. Cleared it and hasn't come back. The drivers side window switch "sticks" in auto down sometimes, ust have to give it a gentle pull up to release it.
