Offered for sale is this beautiful 1974 Jensen Healey with Lotus 907 twin cam, ual Dell Orto carburetors, oft top and hardtop with roll bar. It is a later model '74 with the 5 speed transmission and reads 13,401 on the odometer. I do not know a lot about this car as it belonged to my brother Mike, ho passed away a few months ago. Mike purchased the car in August of 2001, lways kept it garaged and was a member of the Jensen Healey Preservation Society. Mike's profession was that of a Service Manager for the last 25 years or more. His hobby was racing and he raced a Triumph Spitfire called the "Abomination" because it had a Mazda rotary powered motor. Mike then started racing a Jensen Healey and was well known in the Grassroots Motorsports community as "Curmudgeon". He was a prolific blogger and extremely knowledgeable about cars and motorcycles. I mention this to give you some insight into the owner of the car and how well it had to be maintained. Just 2 weeks ago, drove it from Murrells Inlet, C to Wilmington, C and it never skipped a beat. As the executor of his estate, t is best that the car be sold in an arm's length transaction or I would keep it for myself. This car is being listed in other publications so I reserve the right to end this sale at any time.
