1970 CAMARO RS Z28 ALL ORIGINAL # MATCHING

My dad bought this very rare 1970 Camaro RS Z28 from its original owner in 1980 in Carson California it is a 2 owner (until I got it when my dad recently passed away) very low mileage (33,859 original miles) all original and numbers matching unrestored car. When my dad bought this car it had a trailer hitch on it because the original owner of this car bought two of them in southern California at Cormier Chevrolet in Carsonand used this car to pull the other one back and forth to the drag strip. He sold this car to my dad in 1980 as he was going through a divorce. My dad of course took the trailer hitch off right away. My dad always kept this car covered and garaged and it never was driven in bad weather or evenleft the state of California until my dad and mom moved to Nebraska in 2002. When my dad passed away last year we moved to Montana and we brought the car with us and is currently where it is. The ONLY reason we are selling it is because my mom needs some medical stuff done and it has been hard since my dad passed away. I have a very good friend who is a car transporter and I can arrange shipping to you anywhere in the lower 48 states, t your expense. I can over night the new owner the title and all paper work as soon as the funds clear and the car can stay covered in my garage until shipping can be arranged.Clean and clear title in my name.

This is an absolutely beautiful and 100%ORIGINAL andUNRESTORED very rare and documented 1970 1/2 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 / RS that comes with the original build sheetor original tank sticker that some people call it.Due to the short model year beginning in February 1970, nly112,323 V8 Camaro's were built and only 7% (8,733)had the Z28 special performance package. The combination of the Rally Sport package with the front split bumper and short rear spoiler makes this car even more special, esirable and rare. This car was built inFebruary of 1970 (so it is one of the first ones built) at the Van Nuys California GM plant and it was delivered to Cormier Chevrolet in Carson, alifornia. This car is 100% original and untouched. The engineis theoriginal numbers matching LT1 350ci V8 producing a powerful 360 HP with 380 ft. lbs. of torque, bolt main, teel crank, 1:1 forged pistons, olid lifter cam,2.02 double hump heads, luminum intake and 4 barrel 780 cfm Holley. Thecar still has all of its original California smog equipment and even has the original (never replaced) air cleaner decal.Thiscar is even more rarecoming with the turbo 400 automatic transmission, n 1995 my dad replaced the transmission with aturbo 700 over drive out of a corvetteso the car was more drivable, y dad had the turbo 700 completely rebuilt by a friend who was a mechanic for the California Highway Patrol who built all their patrol car transmissions. The original and numbers matching turbo 400 comes with the car.My dad did that to make the car more drivable because the car has the original 12 bolt with 4.10:1 posi-traction limited slip rear end with the F41 heavy duty suspension with front and rear sway bars. The car has power brakes and quick ratio power steering.

The RS appearance package comes with the blacked-out grille, he unique split-bumper, he rally-styled parking lights andthe short rear spoiler.The interior is in excellent untouched and unrestored condition and has the correct factorydeluxe interior withadjustable headrests, houlder seat belts and the wood grained dash,door panels and console, ilt RS steering wheel. Original carpeting and original glass. AM/FM push button stereo radio is original as well and works. My dad added an oil pressure gauge in the floor console but he did NOT cut or modify the original console in any way. The car sits onits original Z-28 wheels with BF Goodrich Radial TAtires.The trunk is in excellent condition as well.

This car is solid, ith NO RUST EVER. It is a very fast and fun to drive car.

To my knowledge this car is 100% all original and unrestored. The ONLY thing that has been done to this car that was not the way it came from the factory is the addition of the turbo 700 sothat it is more drivableand the oil pressure gauge my dad added. But the original turbo 400 comes with the car.

1970 Camaro Z28's that are ALL ORIGINAL AND UNRESTORED of this high quality and low miles are very rare if not impossible to find. This car is not a perfect 10 restored Barrett Jackson car but instead is better being a 100% original and unrestored "barn find". This car is a very strong 8-9 on a scale of 1-10 and attracts a lot of attention everywhere it goes.
