2004 F350 4x4 lariat truck in decent shape. I would give it a 6/10. Has some rust over the wheel wells and it looks like someone tried to put on new bed sides. Drivers seat bottom is ripped but the rest of the truck looks in decent shape. I purchased the truck as a project with 355,000. It was not running when i bought it and with that milage i assumed the cam or low pressure oil pump failed. I proceeded to buy a used 2003 engine with 122,000 miles on it VIN 1FTNF21P43EC79794 (you can carfax the milage on it). While the engine was out i put ARP head studs in it along with a sinister egr delete with the deleted Up-pipe. I also cleaned the turbo veins. I put the truck all back together and got it running only to find out that there is a leak in the up pipe assembly somewhere it is NOT the up pipe flange at the turbo miss aligned. Also the truck cranks a very long time before starting but once warm it fires right up. It has a remand FCIM in it that cycles nicley. Im assuming at this point it needs glow plugs or glow plug module. While driving the truck, t doesnt seem to want to go over 1/4 throttle, ot that it doesnt have any power, ut it seems like there is a limiter or something restricting it from going anymore. The drive train of the truck is in very good shape, ear appears to have been rebuilt, ront ball joints are good, ew tie rod ends and drag links along with new trac bar bushings. Im just looking to sell the truck i dont want to mess with it anymore since i bought a 6.4. My loss is your gain thank you for looking.
