Description

Well, fter almost a full year of debating here it is,I finally broke down and bought a new truck.I've thought long and hard about getting rid of very easily the nicest, est running and most dependable truck I haveever owned. I have owned this truck since February 2005,purchased with 27,000 miles on it by the original owner, am owner number 2. This truck has been in Texas since new, bsolutely no rust. To say that I am meticulous about my vehichles would be considered an understatement according to many of myfriends. I honestly don't think it is possible to find a nicer, cleaner, well taken care of 2001 F350.I have put 72,000 miles on it in 11 years or about 6500 miles a year, 0 percent of those miles were driving back and forth to work, own a 28' enclosed trailer which I have pulled TWICE from the DFW area to Pigeon Forge TN., hese two trips account for about 4000tow miles, other than that itwas mainlyused for hauling just me around. Back in August of 2014 reverse went out in the original transmission, fter consulting many repair shops I decided not rebuild it and go back with the Ford OEM replacement, asn't cheap but thought it wasbest to go back with a brand new one, this transmission from Ford does have a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty complete with towing if needed, eceipt in glove box with all other records. The truck does have the Lariat package, ront bucket seats with consolebetween them, wood grain trim kit on dash and door panels, tan leather seats, disc cd player, eyless entry, ower windows, door locks and seats.I recently had the windows retinted with a lifetime warranty, lso has K & N air filter with recharge kit and billet front grill. Allsix newtires have less than 2500 miles on them. Just purchased and installed two new batteries first week of February,750 CCA, ruck hasn't been driven much at all since purchase of new truck 3 months ago, asn't starting as it should with the old batteries, new spare tire has never been on the ground, ruck has hideaway goose neck hitch that I never used, new under rail bed liner. I have also installed a Pythonremote start system years ago for those cold mornings, lso has under dash Tekonsha trailer brake controller, as there when i bought the truck. Over the years I have kept a record book of all the maintainance and therepairs. I have all oil change every 3000 - 5000 miles and maintainance receipts that will go with the truck along with the paperwork for the trailer brake controller, have a second completePython remote start kit that I will let go with it, was cheaper to buy a completekit than to buy two new key fobs. In July of 2006 i was involved in what i would describe as a minor fender bender,i was merging into a lane as was a jeep with big tires in a 3 lane 30 mph zone leaving my local Home Depot, his right front tire rubbed against my left rear wheel wheel, there wasn't any physical damage to the body but his tire marks did not buff out,i had that dualley fender repainted and re-pinstripe, making it look new again, called the police since i had a witness right behind me and made sure an accident report was filed specifically for insurance purposes.I have listed many pictures of the truck from various angles of interest,if you would like to see anything on the truck that is not in the pictures don't be afraid to askI will take ALL the pictures you want of anything on the truck, bsolutely nothing to hide here, personally don't think the pictures do it justice anyway. It is everything I say it is and more when you see it up close and in person. I will gladly answer ALL questions that you might have concerning the condition of this truck. I have seen some nice F350's listed here over the last few months, t seems they are all by dealers with basically very little or no history of the truck. This truck has had only one previous owner before me. I do have all the history on it since February 05, ry getting that from one of these dealers. If your looking for a super slick older very well maintained 7.3 truck here it is, s many friends have told me with less than 100,000 miles its not even broke in yet, ol.Thanks for looking, ruck will need to be picked up in Ft Worth Tx.
