Here is a very clean and very well appointed BMW 7 series. This car is a local trade in, ot an auction car and it is in really nice condition. The car has absolutely zero corrosion as you will see in the photos, have taken several shots of the spotless undercarriage so you can see how solid this car is. Many of these from climates not as kind as ours tend to corrode components underneath, specially the exhaust system, ery expensive to repair and maintain, efinitely not the case here. The car has a lot going for it, t has nice original miles of only 77k, t belonged to a non-smoker and it has plenty of nice features like 'luxury seating', eated front AND rear seats, ir conditioned front seats, assage driver's seat, ogic 7 premium audio, ront and rear parking sensors, ynamic Xenon lights, oft closing doors, hade package, arking sensors, ull power opening and closing trunk, avigation and much more. The body of the car is straight and clean with no dings or dents. There is a small 1 1/2" scratch on the hood which is not noticeable as I have touched it up and a few stone chips which I have also touched up, he car looks great, ar less wear and tear than average and much nicer than vehicles from a winter climate. Paint is glossy and shiny with no fading. All lights and lenses are in great shape, f you look very closely there is a bit of sun fade on the top of the headlamps, tried to depict this in the photos but it is so minor you will likely not notice, he lights are clear and clean. All are operational as well including the fog lamps. Glass is excellent, o cracks, hips or wiper wear on the windshield, ides and rears are privacy tinted with high quality window film, o fading, ubbling or 'purple-ing' at all, ery nice. Tires are BRAND NEW at all four corners and they are mounted to the original factory alloy wheels. The wheels had some fading and some chemical stains so I had them professionally refurbished, hey are PERFECT, uper shiny and glossy with absolutely no curb rash or damage, hey are as new.

The interior is in equally impressive condition. The car was owned by a non-smoker so it smells of fresh, igh quality BMW leather. No tobacco, et or musty odors at all. The leather luxury seating is in really great shape, ll are supple and soft with no heat beat or dryness. Only the driver's bolster shows any wear, assenger and rears are very nice. The dash, oor panels, onsole are all in really great condition, he woodgrain is all in great condition with no warps or cracks. Of all the wood accents in the car, here are only two hairline fractures on the one piece on the center console above the driver's seat controls (you can see in the photo of the driver's controls), ther than that all in fantastic shape. Carpets are clean, ll floor mats are there including the rear foot-rests. In all, his car exhibits less than average wear.

Mechanically the car is healthy. The engine starts promptly and it runs very smooth and the 4.8L has great power. Transmission shifts properly and the car is a real pleasure to drive, specially with the brand new tires, t is super quiet on the freeway. There are no check engine lights or any other warnings from any of the systems as I have depicted from the cars 'CHECK' center on the screen, ll systems 'OK'. The car exhibits no leaks from the engine and there are no coolant or fluid smells from the engine bay.

In all, ou will be hard pressed to find a car much cleaner than this one. There are a few available but this car is exceptional with decently low miles, corrosion free body and it is well equipped. The car has all of the original floor mats, ear foot-rest, irst aid kit, ll tools, avigation map DVD, wners books and two master keys (one does not operate the keyless entry but works to start the car and has the 'blade' key to gain entry). I have seen these with comparible mileage sell in the mid teens and in my opinion, ot as clean. You will not get a cleaner, ore solid car than from the sunny, ry southwest states. I feel that my asking price of $14450 is a good price for the car but I realize that buyers like to negotiate and while I don't have alot of room left at that price I will entertain reasonable offers from real buyers.
