1987 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Brougham Sedan 4-Door 5.0L

This car is sort of a one owner. My grandpa bought it new and gave it to my mom about 6 years ago. It has 85K miles and has hardly been driven in the winter. It is the Brougham. Always garage kept. The clear coat on the paint has been bad for many years and failed despite very little exposure to sun. It has no rust. It is on its second set of tires and they need replaced. Has original spare with only a few hundred miles on it. The radio and power antenna no longer work. The headliner needs replaced due to the foam above it failing. It runs fine and doesn't need any mechanical work. It had brakes less than 10K miles ago. On the highway it gets low 20s mpg. Cooling system was flushed last year and has fresh antifreeze. A/C works great, as only had 2 cans of refrigerant added since new.
