1965 Volkswagen DuneBuggy. Fiberglass body.

I will tell what I know about it.Street legal. It runs and drives good.Motor soundsgood. I hada tune up done and heput new wires and dist cap androtor but didn'tdo the plugs and points. (I have NO idea why). He also adjusted the valves. Its runninggood but does seem to have a dead spot still. Itcould be the cold weatheras I have had several of these andthey don't care for coldweather. Motor sounds good and is SUPERfast. Almost toofast forme. Its like you don't needhigh gear. It was a recent rebuild but I am not sure when.Definitely strong though.

I had new brake shoes and padsinstalled up front but the backhavebeenunhooked.He said theparts are all there and it seems like one of the seals was leaking so theyjust closed itoff. Has good tires. Idrive it and it stopsfine but if I was going to drive it much or very fast I would replace them. The windshield also has a crack and needs replaced.Tires are good but thewheels are kinda tarnished. They are wide 5 VW. Pan is good and the fiberglass body is solid as far as I can tell. Needs a paint job to make it nice though..

The car is loads of fun to drive and attracts a lot of attention. Be cool to drive and play with fixing up as you go. Could be driven home as far as I know.
