This Jeep has been carefully rebuilt from the ground up over 3 years by my father, retired certified ASEA mechanic. Starting from a sandblasted frame, ew-off-shelf (N.O.S) parts were used whenever possible. Every piece has been carefully rebuilt and reassembled - you won't find a cleaner, r more authentic rebuild of a 1947 Willy's. Lots of fun to take off-road, r cruise around town with the windshield down. See below for details on each component. Thanks!
Frame:

• Complete frame-off restoration, tarting from sand-blasted frame.
• New rear frame crossmember
• Fully boxed front frame horns
• Olive Drab DuPont Centari paint
• Eight new spring hangers
• Frame checked for alignment
• Four springs re-arced, ilitary double wrap
• New bushings and pins, enter bolts, our new spring shackles
• Four new shock absorbers with eight new cotter pins bushings and washers

Drivetrain:

• L4, 34 cubic inch Jeep flathead, reviously re-manufactured - in excellent condition
• Re-corded radiator with new hoses, ncluding new anti-freeze
• T-90 Borg Warner transmission
• All new bearings & synchronizer rings
• New second gear and reverse
• New reverse idler gear
• New low reverse sliding gear
• Big Shaft Dana 18 transfer case (completely rebuilt)
• New bearings and seals - standard 26 tooth
• Four new driveline U joints
• Two new engine mounts
• New transmission mount

Rear Axle:

• Dana 44 with flanged axle shafts
• Four pinion Power Lock rear differential
• New ring and pinion in a 4.88:1 ratio
• Two new drum brakes (11"x2" Wagoneer)

Front Axle:

• Dana 25 with 4:88 Power Lock
• Two new cross and roller U-joints
• Two new sterring knuckle oil seals
• All new bearings and seals
• Warn locking hubs
• Two new drum brakes (11"x2" Wagoneer)
• N.O.S. Master cylinder with D.O.T 5 brake fluid

Fuel System:

• New gas tank (standard 10 gallon)
• New line and fuel pump
• Re-conditioned Carter WO carburetor. (Comes with an additional re-conditioned carburetor.)
• Orignal air cleaner system - oil bath
• New exhaust system

Electrical System:

• 12v Optima battery
• 12v Motorola alternator
• Remote solid state regulator
• Completely re-wired
• Integrated turn signals
• All new gauges - amp, eter, il pressure, as temperature, peedometer
• Standard Jeep horn (12v)

Body:

• New reproduction steel Jeep body
• N.O.S. WWII Military headlights, rill and hood
• Bumperettes and pintle hook
• N.O.S. front bumper
• Newly re-upholstered seats with new cushions
• Original equipment rear seat
• N.O.S. steering wheel

Wheels & Tires:

• Four new Armstrong Terra Trac all weather tires (P235-R15)
