TERMS OF SALEPayment Terms:Payment must be received by bank wire. Buyer must contact us to arrange payment within 72 hours of auction close or sale will be cancelled. The balance must be paid within 7 days after auction close but we still must receive contact from you within 72 hours.
Fees and Taxes:Buyers will be responsible for any and all applicable state and local fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Deposit:The successful high bidder must submit an initial down payment of $2,000 within 72 hours of auction close by bank wire. Please contact Grand Prix Classics for bank wire instructions.
Payment of Balance Due:Payment must be received in full within 7 days of the close of the auction. Payment must be made by bank wire.
Shipping:The buyer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise agreed. We will assist the buyer with scheduling vehicle shipment. We assume no responsibility should any damages be incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received before the vehicle is released to the shipping company.
Warranty:Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, his vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply.
Bid Retractions:Per eBay policy, id retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Successful Bidder:The winning bidder will be contacted via email or telephone after the auction closes or he/she must contact Grand Prix Classics within 72 hours to progress with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder:Our payment policy is designed to protect us from fraud. If the down payment is not received within 72 hours of the close of auction or, f the full balance due is not paid according to terms within 7 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
