1971 Chevelle SS 454 Auto, atching number 454. Cowl Induction Hood
Fully Documented Canadian Built Car - True 454 SS, ee picturesOnly 229 were built with the 454 for US market,
Car has been off the road for the past decade or so. It was found over the past summer in the original owner garage.Original motor was out of the car when found. The motor has had a fresh rebuild from RAD auto in Ludlow, A. (google RAD, he best machine shop in the area).
Original Motor, nbsp;Transmission, amp; Rear-end.
Motor Details:Original Matching numbers block and heads. Care was taken NOT to machine the numbers off the block during the rebuild. This is NOT a restamped block.Bored .030, ew rods, iston, alvesHeads were cleaned, ew valves and guides.10:1 compression.Comp Thumpr CamHeadman ceramic coated headersEdlebrock Air Gap - i do have a period correct intake that goes with the carHolley Ultra HP Classic 750New HEI Distributor - do not have the originalNew Fuel pumpNew Water pumpNew period correct hoses
3" Flowmaster exhaust - sounds perfect. Like a Chevelle should!The motor makes awesome power and torque. I did not have a chance to dyno the motor yet but it lights the tires up with no effort.

New Brakes all around. - Front calipers, ads (front and rear), ll new lines, rums, ear pistons, pring kit.New Master CylinderNew rear shocks

What does the car needs:Needs 2 fenders, oor skins and quarters.Windshield, iper motor.Small floor patch behind drivers seat.Trunk floor is solid.
I would like to sell this to someone who will do a frame off restoration on the car.The car has not been molested and would make a good candidate. I have too many project and need to let this one go to make room for another vehicle.
