1995 Trans Am - Super LOW miles-- fully loaded, very available option at the time -- 6 speed manual transmission, ne owner, rdered it myself back in January 1995. Only has 33,000 miles on it. Has been garaged for years...long story.I've done a LOT of work on it over the years.Lowered with Eibach springs - has a much greater ride and stance over stock.Suspension upgrades- Hotchkis stabilizer bar, ngine compartment brace (not yet installed)Borla exhaust- this thing sounds like a monster!Racing Dynamics wheels - These were originally designed for BMW back in 1994. Road and Track did a story on the new Grand Am back in 1994. They looked great onthat car and I thought they would look great on the 95 Trans Am. I called the editor of the magazine and they hooked me up with the designer of the Grand Am prototype who gave me the wheel info. I ordered them for this car. I have an extra set of center caps for them as the original ones are a little weathered. 20" wheels, n my opinion, o not look right on this generation car, as never designed for it. 17" is perfect for this year. These wheels allow for a lower profile tire over stock. I have 245/40ZR-17 and they look great.Engine:The obvious upgrades: Ported intake, hrottle body, old air induction, ulleys, gnition, ir foil, kip shift, uel pump,...frankly, can't even remember everything I've done to this thing. It's super fast and the few friends I've let drive it had a hard time controlling it. But, ot me!:)
Oh, nd it has headers! Hooker HEADERS! Oh Yes!!Interior: I have nearly every interior piece from GM still in the box. My intention was to restore it to it's original glory by installing new carpet (for that new car smell) and all these interior panels but I never got around to it (the carpet is still in excellent shape). Not that the interior is in bad shape, ut I wanted it to be a show car. Life changes happened and now I have this car and a ton of boxes with new interior panels that you can't even buy any moreas GM has discontinued most if not all of them. $1000's of dollarsof original GM parts still in boxes come with the car.I even have extra engine compartment stickers and labels as well as many other parts.Transmission was rebuilt about 500 miles ago and a high performance clutch installed, t's solid. Hurst short throw shifter as well. So fun to drive!I used to compete in car stereo competitions back in the day. I have not yet decided if I will sell the stereo that I had it in with it, ut I will definitely include the subwoofer enclosure and the subs and other install pieces that are unique to this car. I will, owever, dvise the buyer on what to do to make it sound great. I have soundproofed the side pillar cavities and other areas to deaden the obnoxious rattle you hear on other cars. This car is completely wired for a great high end system. We can discuss this later.Alarm: window roll up and standard alarm features.Ihate tolet this car go, ut life changes and it's been sitting in storage for many years. I'd like someone who has the time to enjoy it, njoy it. I do go and crank it from time to time and Ijust love the way it sounds. It has a new Optima yellow top battery on a battery tender. It's ready to go.There are some minor issues that I will discuss with anyone who is seriously interested, or instance, he window tint needs to be replaced on the back window and the idle needs to be adjusted. No biggie, ut little things like that on a 21+ year old car are to be expected.SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Please do not waste my time. Yes, have an emotional attachment to this car.
