Gorgeous 911SC -Classic Copper Brown Metallic over Cork leather - Great Driver!

For sale is a 1979 Porsche 911SC painted in very unique Copper Brown Metallic over Cork leather. The Copper Brown Metallic is in phenomenal condition and has been properly repainted. The car comes with a Certificate of Authenticity documenting it left the factory in that color. The quality of the paint is very good, howing only minor imperfections. The same goes for the interior – it is in very good condition and shows very little wear over the 37 years this SC has been driving on the road. The seats have most likely been re-covered but have been fitted with the proper Cork leather. The combination of the distinctive Copper Brown Metallic paint and the stunning Cork leather interior leads to an exceptional car to own and drive. This 911 SC is purely a driver’s car. The 3.0 liter Bosch K-Jetronic engine starts without hesitation and absolutely no smoke on start-up. I have personally driven this car and I can say this SC drives as a proper 911 should. The car climbs through the revs without hesitation and the 5-speed transmission shifts with ease. The body is straight as an arrow and there appears to be no rust at all on the body or frame. The steering is very tight, oncise and doesn’t pull to the side. The tires are pretty much brand new and the wheels are in great condition besides a few scratches here and there. The Fuchs are painted gold which accents the Copper Brown Metallic very well. The odometer reads 88,738 miles and is believed to be correct. Mechanically sound, his SC makes for a perfect entry level 911. Note: A small part of the rubber sealing on the lower part of the windshield is not flush with the body on the passenger side of the car. The oil leak is very minor as it just leaks a little bit after sitting for a few days. And there is also a miniscule-sized tear in the original headliner; no cause for concern. We have also ordered a “911SC” rear emblem that will be fitted on the proper location when it arrives. As expected with a 37 year old car there are some minor flaws with the car.
