1985 Mercedes Benz 500 sec

Today you are looking at my 1985 Mercedes 500sec this car is a garage find and was stored for many years the car has 128000 miles when I purchased the car it was not running I replaced the fuel tank and fuel pump and filter due to bad gas replaced the ones from the tank to the fuel pump changed the oil and filter put fresh fuel in and a new battery and the car started right up and sounds great trans goes right into all gears but the car will not start or idle without me putting a wedge in the throttle body what I have done to the car is my extent of knowledge therefore this car needs someone with knowledge of Mercedes that I do not have the car has all the options and is a rare color combination the body is solid has a minor bubble or two but not a rust bucket has amg ground affects updated 16 inch Benz wheels uro lights and 560 emblem alpine sound system the roof and trunk need repainted the rest of the car will buff out nice any questions call bob 248 808 3903 the car is sold as is the car will start and load
