Here is one good lookin sports car! They just don't make them like they used to.
New paint job, rofessionally done, ith three coats of sterling silver metallic and three coats of clear.
I had a couple of small dents repaired on the passenger side of the car and put a new M3 style front bumper cover for styling. In order to match the paint we decided to just do the whole car. All of the exterior window trim that was aged was replaced with new pieces. The interior of the car has been rejuvenated, ith custom two tone interior, eather wrapped , B and C pillars, nd much of the plastic interior trim has been replaced. The car has a new radiator, ater pump, erpentine belt and more under the hood. I have just had new brakes and rotors put on the car. This BMW 325ci has an accident reported from the previous owner in May of 2007. I have owned the car for four years plus and would have never known of any damage done to the car. This car has a good carfax, nd drives wonderfully. This car has 119k miles on it at this time. There are no service codes on the car and all the mechanical functions and buttons work properly. The clear title is in my hand. I have literally refurbished this BMW just so the next owner will have a car that they are proud to drive. Everybody knows that a ten year old BMW will have some aged interior and trim pieces that are worn throughout the years, o matter how well the car has been cared for. I have put a lot of time and money in this car, aying meticulous attention to detail in updating and reconditioning. My friends say that I'm obsessive compulsive and that I've wasted my money and time upgrading the car before I sell it. Help me to prove them wrong. Sure you can buy a 325ci for a little cheaper but you will also be purchasing all of blemishes and problems that I have already taken care of for you.

I work very hard to accurately describe my vehicles through text descriptions and photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. Payment Methods

Cash (in person), ertified check, oney order, r bank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment before making your final bid. Winning Bidder must contact me within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Call Kevin (918)770-6783 for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 3 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees

Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders are subject toan additional fee of $129

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. I will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company at a competitive price. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received and verified or cleared before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I try to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Notice to Bidders

I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: All of my eBay inventory is available for sale locally. I will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold locally.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

I will not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email me or call prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Kevin (918)770-6783 within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 3 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
