There were only 100 built for use by race officials and VIP's in the month preceding the 500, nd then later sold through select dealers. While drive trains and options varied, ll were painted Ermine White with bright blue Z87 custom interiors and white soft tops and included the famous "Official Pace Car" decals on each door.
This car bears the original correctly dated and coded trim tag denoting the build date, pecial 4 digit fleet number and special C1 paint code exclusive to the Pace Car.
Its matching numbers 350/295 HP engine, actory 4 speed manual transmission, ower sterring, ower front disc brakes, ally wheels with redline tires, M radio and power top make this a highly desirable Camaro Indy Pace Car.
