This is THE FBody Camaro to own! I've been around these cars my whole life, nd have built dozens of them, ut have never been around one as clean as this, r as rare as this car is. This is a factory Sunset Orange Metallic(SOM) Z28 with a factory optioned 6spd Manual and a factory Hurst package. This car is also a factory 1SC Lightweight/Race package. These are rare, urpose built cars that save almost 400lbs off the weight of a factory, ptions loaded car. They are stripped of features that track cars would not use, uch as leather, ower seats/windows/locks, tc. They are almost as rare as 1LE and B4C production vehicles. In 2001, 90 SOM Z28 Coupe's were built. 311 of those came with a factory 6spd. 252 of those had the factory Hurst package. And roughly 14-18 were Z28 SOM M6/Hurst 1SC. I personally know of the history of this car since 2010, he previous owner is a fellow business owner in the area and has kept the car in his warehouse/collection for most of that time. The car had around 60,000 miles when he purchased it in 2010! So only 3500 miles have been put on the car in over six years! Inside and out, he car is very clean. The exterior absolutely shines, ith no body damage, ents or dings. The inside is in just as good of condition. Nothing is broke, ore, r ripped. Everything works as it should! Mechanically, he car is rock solid. Starts right up, uns smooth, hifts crisp, nd drives great! This car really could be an every day driver. No leaks, moke, r any other issues! Car has made 4 passes, ith a best being a 11.5x at 119mph. I have some paperwork for the car, ncluding the original window sticker and build sheet.
