1994 Ford Econoline E-250 work van, 5.8L automatic, good CO emissions test

You are bidding on a 1994 Ford Econoline E-250 work van, s shown. It has just over 187300 miles with a strong running V8 engine. I acquired it from a restaurant and some of the lettering is still on the side.
The Good:I am including a passing Colorado state emissions test. This is vital when registering the vehicle in Colorado and peace of mind for other states.Fresh oil change.New air filter.All four Peerless tires have 12/32" tread depth.Brakes look relatively new on front.All doors open, lose, ock, nlock like they should.Both front doors have new armrests and window crank handles.
The Bad:There is a crack in the windshield on the passenger side, nd a couple of small chips toward the middle.The rear view mirror has fallen, ut I hesitate to attach it to a broken windshield. I'll leave it to the buyer to determine best course of action.There seems to be a minor transmission fluid leak, ossibly front pump seal.Pedal pad is missing from parking brake pedal and looks bad on brake pedal. These are easily obtainable from a Ford dealer.Serpentine belt is starting to crack and should be replaced in the not too distant future.
The Ugly:Well, ou'll need to paint over the restaurant lettering on the sides and back doors.
Bottom line, t looks, mells, nd rides like a work van. It has just the two seats up front and shelves in the back that you can leave in, dd to, r take out.
