Piece of American History! 1947 White Motor Company (built in Cleveland, H) WB 26. 30 Ton Garwood Hoist appraised at almost $4k!!!
OK right off the title it says YR. 1947 / Make: WHITE / Body Type : TRACTOR / Mfr's Serial No. 344804
Model WB 26 then written in red hand writing it says OT engine No. 360576. It has a 30 ton Detriot Garwood worm gear hoist that has 3/4 cable on it now which was appraised at over $3K.
Ran great till parked in 1984 where it was stored on a flatbed semi trailer in a carport (so it did have a roof over it.) until August 18th 2015 when it got moved to my house. hooked up to power it had complete power all lights worked.
I believe it may have a 300 plus horse power flathead six gasser it is the biggest 6cylinder I have ever seen. but it is gas not a diesel and it still had air in the lines so all that should be good swell.
Anymore questions please feel free. I lost my space and can't work on it.Truck is currently in Cleveland, H but can arrange transport. Please call with any questions.216-315-2609pmarian2890@yahoo.comMay trade for vintage Harley (knucklehead, lathead, r pan)
