1983 Buick Riviera Convertible 78,300 miles No Reserve

Selling one of my Projects I've had for over 16 years and my father bought a few years before that.
It had a repaint probably in the early 1990's with over spray on some weatherstrip.
The car has not been used for almost 3 years as you can see from the 2013 inspection instead sat waiting in line along with others to receive a restoration.
As anyone who restores antique cars will say you really can't see all the problems until it's stripped I can only tell you what I see and I have plenty of pictures to let you judge the condition of the car.
Mechanically it runs drives and handles very well.
The Uniroyal Tiger Paw Tires were installed shortly before it's hibernation.
I just installed the hubcaps I was saving. 3 are NOS and 1 (the right rear) is used but looks almost as good as the NOS ones.
When parked in 2013 all electrics worked, s well as the A/C but it probably needs a recharge by now.
The drivers seat switch did not work so I switched the drivers with the passenger switch now the drivers works.Needs a switch.
The rear 1/4 windows work but need to be pushed or pulled to raise and lower.
The radio works but I don't believe the cassette does and the speakers need to be replaced.
The brakes work fine. I at one point was not happy with the original Hydro-boost system and replaced it with a vacuum booster.
I later realized I was improperly adjusting the rear calipers. The complete original Hydro-boost system comes with the car.
There is rust on both lower door lips, ack seat floors have rust holes, nd the trunk lid has rust at the rear lip, ll shown in the photo's/Video.
The NOS Trunk lid has light shipping Damage in the left front corner and a small crease towards the right front corner both along the lip near the back window.
***The NOS Trunk Lid will not fit in the car safely. If using a shipper check if they will work with you on bringing this. Otherwise shipping is your responsibility ***
The rear bumper has rust blisters along lower portion. Obviously it needs new bumper fillers.
All the plastic chrome is showing it's age.
The dash is in very good condition with no cracks. The small plastic boarder strip has fallen off and broke in 2 pieces and come with the car.
The speedometer needle bounces until about 20mph which was common with the cruise control transducer's of the time. Comes with NOS Speedometer.
The seats need to be recovered which is the main reason it stopped being used. The rest of the interior panels and carpet are in good shape but are 33 years old.
The Top material is thin and old and the rubber seals are not functioning (it Leaks).
A new back window section is included

The only option I believe this car is lacking is the motor that pulls the trunk lid closed that last couple inches.
Having owned this car for some time I have accumulated NOS & Used parts, ooks and literature which all come with the car see (photo's)
I picked up the front seat frames when I noticed some flakes of rust on the carpet below the front seats. I do not know if they are needed.
