2014 Subaru WRX STi Wagon Hatchback 2.5L Forged Built Motor Track Ready AWD

This car was my heart and soul over the last year that I owned it. I daily drove this car, 9.9% of the miles on it are from my daily commute to and from work. The car was taken to a local track ONE time the entire time I owned it, nd it did amazing. This car is fully track ready. You will struggle to find a single upgrade you want to do to this car that is not already done.
-I was overly meticulous with all maintenance. Motul Xcess 5W-40 oil changes every 2500 miles. -The engine has been built with all forged internals and has 6800 miles on it. The engine was built by a very reputable local engine builder. -The car dyno'ed on Yimi Sports heartbreaker Mustang dyno at 360HP/360Tq on 91 pump gas. -Just by re-tuning the vehicle to run on E85 would have it sitting at over 450 HP and even higher torque.-The car was corner balanced at Evasive Motorsports.
I have a dyno chart as well as the corner balancing specs.

I have almost a hundred photos of the engine being built with forged components, here was 0 shortcuts taken. -The heads were resurfaced by a professional machinist. Everything was replaced and upgraded.
The vehicle is shown with a set of Ambit 18x9.5" +22 wheels that I use to daily drive. -I will also include the stock Forged Enkei wheels that come with the STi Limited. -They are powdercoated black and are wrapped in Federal RSR Race Spec tires 255/35/18 with about 50% tread left on them. -The stock wheels are what the car is corner balanced with, nd what I used the ONE time the car was taken to the track.
