Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction.

Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, r end the auction early if necessary.

Bidders Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to Bid.

Funds & Financing:

If paying cash you will need to transfer money through a bank or pay by bank cashier check. We cannot accept cash at the facility.
If financing the Vehicle:Please make sure you can arrange financing before bidding on the vehicle. You can contact us and we can try and see if you can be financed but we cannot finance you ourselves and there is no guarantee that financing will go through, o financing should be in place before you bid.

6. Buyers Inspection: 249 Auto Care has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle. You can inspect the vehicle at the 249 Auto care location (12103 Spears-Gears Road Houston TX 77067) M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pm and Saturday 9:30 am-4:30 pm. It is buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car or ask any questions before bidding. Please look at the pictures carefully and ask us if you need more pictures. We try to answer all questions promptly.

• Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties may still apply if the car qualifies. No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

• Taxes and Registration fees: All Texas buyers and all Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

• Title Information:

A: You should receive a title after registering the car and paying all related fees if paying cash.

B: If financing the car the financing institution will hold the title in lieu of the loan and you should receive the title after the loan is paid off in full.

C: Time to receive a title differs in different States and by financial institutions. Please check with your State and/or lender about the time to receive the title.

• Shipping & Delivery:

A. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. 249 Auto Care can provide buyer with the contact information of the shipping company or agent but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Please make sure your carrier or shipping company carries insurance as required by law. We will hand over the vehicle to the carrier of your choosing along with keys. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, ot with 249 Auto Care.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

• Finalizing your Purchase:

249 Auto Carewill contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with 249 Auto Careby email or phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, ash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, ash in person, ank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
