We are a dealer, nd all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, nd in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, hich could be delayed up to 15 days.

As we are located In Florida, e are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer.

Payment/Fees

We will add a $250 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, e reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, ith a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. Sorry, ut we do not accept credit cards or Paypal. If you are the winner, 10% deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, lease do not bid.

If you are seeking financing, lease be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.

We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, hat you use registered, eturn receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, s well as ours.

With notice, e are more than happy to pick up our winning bidder at Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL)

Important tax info:

If you are a Florida resident, ou will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, ou will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, e will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, e will not charge you any sales tax (however, ou will have to pay your state's tax at home).

Currently, he states of Arkansas, ississippi, nd West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, ut they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, ou pay tax only at home in those states.
