DESCRIPTION I've owned this vehicle since 2007 when it only had 120,000 Miles on it. Almost 10 years and well over 100,000 miles later, he's still running like the day I bought it and I've hardly done anything except routine maintenance always using Valvoline High Milage Full Synthetic oil. 90% of those miles are highway, s I drive from MN to WI and MN to IA frequently. I have been telling my friends for years that I am going to take her to 500,000 miles and they think I'm joking, ut I assure you I wasn't. The only reason I'm selling is because my friend gave me a deal I couldn't refuse on his 2002 Acura TL Type S. I just put 4 new Firestone tires and 4 new brake pads on and had the car aligned last Fall. I replaced the timing belt, ater pump and Catalytic Converter not too long ago, lso. This car has been garaged and well kept, ince I owned it. The last thing I did to it was to have the Airbag recall performed at Hopkins Honda. While I was at the dealership, had a multi-point inspection done on it and you will get this along with all the other paperwork from everything that's ever been done to it. Nothing has changed from the previous Dealership reports I have had throughout the years and I don't think any maintenance outside of standard oil changes will be required until well past 300,000 miles. One thing I should mention. I had little run in with a car in my work parking lot a couple of years ago and somehow it comes across as a front end collision in the accident history report? I will say that this is wrong. Actually, t was a right side (Passenger), ear collision at 2 mph. A lady ran into me as I was turning around some parked cars, ut I guess the Insurance Company blamed me? Weird. Anyhow, t resulted in a cracked bumper and the mechanic who fixed it, id a real crap job of painting and putting another one on. I plan on putting a few machine screws to secure it before selling, YI. He also replaced the right front headlamp assembly doing an equally crappy job, o I'll probably machine screw that in as well before selling. If you don't want me to do this and would rather take care of it yourself, ust let me know? This is, ctually, really fun, conomical and utilitarian vehicle to drive and will get 35 MPG Highway / 29 MPG City. All records for everything that's ever been done to the car from the original owner until now are kept safe in a red envelope in the glove box. I've got her all cleaned up with a fresh oil change. The car is parked in my Parking garage and is ready to go. Feel free to come by for a test drive, hanks for looking and have a great day! |
