Offered for sale, rom KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, s this 1967 Jaguar E-type 2+2 Coupe. This car was recently purchased from the state of Texas where it was stored in a barn for many years. This car is very complete and highly original in unrestored condition. This car has a lot of Series One features including triple carbs, oggle switches, ut with open headlamps, ndicative of a late 1967 model. It left the factory in the very attractive and pleasing color scheme of Opalescent Silver Blue with Navy Blue trim, nd is still retains it's original interior today.
The body on this car is very straight and appears completely accident free, save for a few dents here and there. The car needs rust repair to the floors, ills, nd boot floor, nd also some other isolated areas on the car. The bonnet, ubframes, ear jacking points all appear very good.
The car's original engine turns nicely by hand and may even run with some work. It is a factory air conditioned car with automatic gearbox, very nice combination for the man who wants to drive his E-type in easy comfort (especially with the lighter paintwork that would keep the car cool as well).There is a large box with some additional original items that are included with the car. Included is the rear glass.
This car needs restoration but is matching numbers, omplete, nd highly original. It presents a very economical entry into Jaguar E-type Series One ownership.
