This truck is not built like the typical 47-54 on a S-10 frame, verything was built very solid, ab mounts, unning board mounts, umper brackets etc. Lots of planning and fab work has been done.
on the side to build this truck. All the air lines are ran through rubber hoses and grommets, ecured nicely, his truck isa reliable driverthats why the S10 chassis and the
parts were chose, ny wearable part on the truck can be purchased from a normal parts store. I highly doubt anyone will be disappointed when seen in person, ts built like a hot rod just without the expensive paint and body work. The truck is always a huge hit around town, arshows and cruise ins, an drive anywhere.Recently rotated the tires and changed the oil, an inlcude a spare tire, ug wrench and jack with the truck. Have a clean and clear Iowa titlein hand.
Suspension and chassis:
S-10 chassis, tripped and painted with POR-15 and satin black paint along with all suspension
Michigan Metal Works control arms, oog ball joints and drop spindles
Slam Specialties SS7 bags, ando Specialties reverse cantilever 4 link
4 wheel disc brakes, rilled/slotted rotors, ew calipers, ads, oses, heel bearings and seals
Airlift V2 air management, adjustable preset ride heights, corner adjustment, olor change, ots more!
Dual Viair 444 compressors, MC upgraded check valves and 5 gallon tank with water trap
Wheels and Tires:
General Grabber AT2 tires 225/70R15,Cragar Deluxe 15x8 wheels,Chrome center caps and lug nuts
Drive train:
1999 Vortec 5.7L 150k miles and 4l60e trans
New water pump, uel pump, uel tank, hermostat, adiator hoses, luminum radiator, 6” electric fan with aluminum shroud, hermostat controlled fan, br>Replaced intake, il pan, alve cover and exhaust gaskets
Reprogrammed pcm, emoved security, atalytic converter, ear 02 sensor, GR and EVAP, alibrated speedometer
Replaced cap and rotor, C delco platinum plugs and wires, br>Single 3” in/out chambered muffler, umps out passenger fender with 4 inch rolled stainless tip, ggressive tone but not ridiculous
Interior:
Reworked dash to fit S10 cluster, inted lexan lens, ed lights in gauges
Led dome light, ew chrome housing and lense, 5 second courtesy delay after doors close
New headliner, oor panels, un visors, lack wrapped arm rests, hrome window cranks and door handles and rear view mirror.
Complete inside of cab was sandblaste, ll rust cut out and replaced, olid welded, eam sealed, poxy primed and painted satin black, yno mat style insulation in complete cab
Black carpet with ½” pad glued in, lso carpeted behind and under seat
All new glass and weather stripping, oor seals, inted windows
S10 column, ilt wheel, ruise control, olumn shift
Vintage air mounted under dash, ustom dash drop for vents, lack anodized control
Bench seat from ‘88 Chevy truck with black leather upholstery
Kenwood marine radio mounted under the seat, ired control mounted in console with cup holders and cigarette lighters, bs kick panels with speakers, hallow 12” powered sub under seat with remote bass control, lectric windshield wiper conversion, ew wiper arms and blades
Body:
Very solid truck to start with, eplaced any rust in floor and all that affected door seals or sealing the cab. Raised rear fenders 1.5” to clear tires, learanced front inner fenders
All new hardware reassembling the truck, verything used has nylock nuts or lock washers
Hid headlights, ed front turn signals and tail lights, intage single fog light, ew 12 volt bulb
Raised wood bed floor, ealed and painted satin black, attery mounted in old tool box in bed, /div>0 gage battery cable
New driver and passenger side mirrors, ew door locks
Flip up license plate with hidden reese hitch, way tailer plug, ed license plate lights.
Original patina, ot recreated, omplete with actual bullet holes.
Metal stake bed built from 1x2 with flush mounted third brake/running light, asily removable if not your style
