Chrysler Concorde LX - 2004

You are bidding on a 2004 Chrysler Concorde LX. We purchased this car from a friend of ours 2 years ago knowing that it had issues. Amazingly the body and interior are in very good condition. mechanically the car has issues - here is a summary:

- I think its #1 cylinder has low compression and is not firing

- Transmission goes into "Limp Mode" after 15 minutes of driving., hich means it drops down in first and stays there until you turn the car off and back on.

- Belt squeals on start up

- oil pan leaking

- all accessories work

- ac needs a charge

We have driven the car this way for 2 years - when you are on the highway, ou don't even notice it. I had the front calipers andpads replaced within the last six months as well as the rear muffler.

The tires were replaced at 172,000 before I purchased and are still in amazing condition. Bottom line - it probably is a good parts car or is perfect for someone that can drop another engine in it and diagnose the transmission.
