1965 Austin Healey Mk III

I decided to end the original auction for this car and re-list, o include more undercarriage photos and to simply set expectations on pricing.For your consideration, am offering my beautifully restored 1965 Austin Healey Mark III. The car was the subject of a body-off frame restoration in 2011-2012. This was a 12 month, ut-and-bolt effort. His intent was to make a personal statement, ith everything done to factory specifications mechanically, hile adding special finishes and subtle appearance changes. All trim, hrome, umpers and rubber were restored/replaced. The top is new. The interior was done in a light saddle color, ith white 100-6 gauges and includes a very powerful Sony sound system, ith a removable speaker system, rafted to fit on the jump seat. The shifter was lowered to better "fall-to-the-hand", s it should. The taillights were also "reversed" for safety, ith the brake lights now operating from the top. I have just recently re-painted the car in the same green/grey light metallic done in 2012, orrecting paint flaws and a few minor road chips from my previous 4 years of use. Improvements to his effort include a Moto Lita steering wheel, ew side windows, ew rear view mirrors, complete new stainless steel exhaust system, new trunk pan and a rebuild the front suspension. The car comes with the tonneau cover, oot and a custom car cover. This car will not disappoint and has no known mechanical issues.
