1955 Chevrolet 3100 Pick Up

This beautifully restored 1955 3100 series pick up has been tastefully updated with modern components to make it a much more enjoyable driver yet still has the classic styling and appeal of the original truck. Starting with an excellent truck the body was removed from it's original chassis where it could be perfected for paint. Meanwhile the chassis received a Mustang II front suspension with power rack and pinion steering and power disc brakes. After the body had been prepped for paint it was placed back on the chassis and the complete assembly was finished. The paint is a beautiful 2 stage base coat clear coat bright red that has been sanded and buffed to a high gloss finish. The paint is near flawless throughout the truck and is one of the best paint jobs we have in our showroom, ust stunning. The truck also received all new chrome and stainless along with all new glass and weather stripping. The engine is a freshly built small block chevy V8 topped with an aluminum intake and Holley 4 barrel carb. The transmission is a turbo 350 automatic with a late model chevy rear axle with a 3.36 gear ratio. The engine starts right up first turn of the key and idles smoothly with no hesitation, uns excellent. The interior of the truck received a new seat cover and door panels with alligator inserts, ew carpet and mats, olphin gauges, ilt column with Impala wheel, lectric wipers and air conditioning. The truck also sits on a new set of wide white radial tires. This is a very tight and smooth driving truck that looks incredible. This beauty needs nothing and is ready for the new owner to enjoy.
