2002 Z51 Corvette Convertible

For sale is my black on black 2002 Corvette Convertible Z51 with 6spd manual transmission. It is in immaculate condition with 40,000 miles. Never sees rain or snow (stored winters). The primary add-ons/modifications are as follows:
1) MGW short throw shifter and C6 shifter knob.
2) LG Motorsport headers and pipes (all ceramic coated by Jet Hot)
3) Vararam Cold Air Intake system.
The car has been professionally dyno-tuned and puts out approximately 370 hp (have the dyno sheet in a folder somewhere). The tires have about 3,000 miles on them. There are absolutely no flaws of any kind. It is basically a garage queen and is taken out only on beautiful days. I always have my trickle charger hooked up so the battery is never run down (battery is approximately 6 years old).
I am open to offers, ut no low balling. I do not need to sell the car, ut my wife and I would like to get a new Vette and don't want some dealer giving us next to nothing for this like new Vette.
