·All previous owners were reportedly aerospace engineers, orking together on the Space Shuttle program at Edwards Air Force, ll of which lived in the arid hi-desert above the dry lakes.
·Before driving from SoCal to Orcas Is. WA. late Dec. 2014, nvested $10k servicing & updating mechanical systems to ready vehicle for Northbound journey over the mountains. This included; heater core replacement, indow gaskets, ube/oil/liquids, ew battery, rakes, ddition of electronic ignition & tune-up, ire chains, tc.

This “survivor” is a highly unusual & sought after truck; it’s never worked, ever plowed & has been sheltered from the sun, araged in temperature controlled environments since 1968. This explains the absence of rust throughout the undercarriage, ody & topper.
