Cincy Classic Cars is proud to offer this 1989 Iroc Z28 Convertible which is in beautiful original condition and priced to sell. This Iroc convertible is truly rare being 1 of only 3,940 convertibles built in 1989 and how many of them were ordered in factory White paint with Red custom cloth interior. This Iroc features an original very nice paint job with original decals, splendid original custom Red cloth interior, nd the believed to be original numbers matching drive line that appears to have never been removed from the car. This Iroc is very solid with great lines and gaps and shows no signs of visible rust anywhere on the car. This Iroc is finished in the beautiful and desirable color combinations of White(code 8554) over Red custom cloth(code 72C) interior. This is the factory color scheme as verified by the rpo codes decal pictured below and factory build sheet. This car also comes with extensive original documentation, actory build sheet, lean car fax showing 3 owners, nd over $3300 in recent work receipts.

Exterior

The White exterior is in great unrestored original condition. This Iroc show no signs of paint work, as no noticeable paint lines, nd still shows well for original paint. The rear deck lid does have some checking in the paint and there are some dings and patina around the car due to being original. The car is very strait with no signs of visible rust. Both bumpers are in great shape for being original. There may be some minor imperfections that are not noticeable in the photos, ut nothing was intentionally excluded from the photos. The Goodyear tires have good tread left and are sized 245/50/16 and the wheels are OEM originals that are in good shape. The convertible top is newer and has hardly been used and is in good overall shape. We have a receipt for that top for $718. Trunk is very solid and clean with the original size spare tire and jack, nd appears to have never been out of the car. We found the factory build sheet glued to the inside of the spare tire panel. The trunk electronically closes well as it should. All glass is “LOF” original glass.

Interior

The Red custom cloth interior of this Iroc is in very nice original condition. The original seat covers look very nice and show no signs of excessive wear. The carpet is original and still looks good with no major stains, ips, r holes. The original dash is in excellent condition with no fading or cracks and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo is the original factory am/fm cassette radio which still works well. The door panels are also original and in good condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. All interior and exterior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, tereo, ipers, ower windows, ower locks, an blower, nd power drivers seat also work. This car has not been smoked in; there is no aroma what so ever.

Mechanical

This Iroc is in great mechanical condition and we have driven this car numerous times and it always performs very well and is a true joy to drive. In the video one can observe this car running and driving with no excessive rattles or noises, nd the car handles and performs well. The previous owner of this Iroc kept meticulous care of the car and regular maintenance was performed and several items were fixed and upgraded. We have over $3300 in receipts for this car. This Iroc is an exceptional driver that feels great on the road and at highway speeds. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, dles well, nd runs great. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should. Also, he engine is clean and very original and nicely detailed as one can see from the photos. This is a factory AC car and we tested the AC and it appears to blow cold and work as it should.

The Vehicle is being sold by a Licensed State of Ohio Dealer (Cincy Classic Cars, LC). You will need to check with your local government for any special rules regarding these older vehicles passing any inspections. We will not be held liable for any vehicle not passing inspection.The vehicle is offered with a right to a personal inspection by any bidder or agent. If you are the buyer and unable to inspect said vehicle immediately, ou or an agent will have seven (7) days to inspect said vehicle after the close of auction. We welcome a physical inspection to avoid any misunderstandings or representations. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in Cincinnati/Milford, hio in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Ohio law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Ohio to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, hether through EBay or otherwise.

Payment Terms:

Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, oney Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A deposit in the amount of $950.00 must be received within Twenty-Four (24) hours of the auction close typically by PayPal ( PayPal for deposit only NOT for full payment). Purchaser cannot make any claims of ownership to said vehicle without payment in full. The buyer has seven (7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If an inspection or decision takes longer than seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, our deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within seven (7) days of the auctions close. Documentation Fee: There will be a $150.00 domestic and $250.00 international fee added to each car sold. This includes title transfer, nventory tax, olding costs, ehicle preparation, torage and priority documentation delivery.

We will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left our property. We are just being realistic; most of the cars we deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and your expectation should not be of a perfect, ew car. Once full payment has been received, eller will mail a copy of clear title, ill of Sale, uyers Guide and additional BMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via mail. The fully-executed forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle.

We are happy to accommodate our international buyers! Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage or optional roll-on/roll-off (RoRo). Please note that we are not a transport company and only offer this service as a convenience to our customers. You are more than welcome to arrange your own shipping. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received.
