This is an experimental vehicle! It is not meant as a daily driver!

It is an Isuzu VehiCross that was modified to be driven by computer hardware and software. It participated in the 2005 and 2007 DARPA Grand Challenge and Urban Challenge although not in the final race.

This vehicle was built by Austin Robot Technology and the software was developed in cooperation with the Computer Science Department of The University of Texas at Austin.

This autonomous vehicle is for sale in the United States of America only. It is subject to export restrictions and can not be exported.

Included in this sale are:

•The modified Isuzu VehiCross (low mileage).

• One Velodyne Lidar/Laser scanner (HDL-64E)

• One Applanix navigation unit.

• Two powerful computers mounted in the vehicle that receive sensory information and do the driving.

• Software.

• All mechanical actuators needed to steer, rake, ccelerate, ear shift.

• One 180° Sick laser scanner.

• Bunch of other stuff used in the project, uch as digital color and black and white cameras, attery chargers, ther Sick laser equipment, ptima batteries, tc., tc.

Ideal buyers for this autonomous vehicle are:

• A university that wants to offer their students exposure to autonomous driving technology (computer hardware & software, echanical & electrical engineering projects).

• An engineering firm that wants to do research in the technology of the future.

Buyer will need to sign:

•A Release of Liability document.

•An Acknowledgement of Export Restrictions document.
