This truck does not require the use of DEF fluid. The DEF fluid Cummins vehicles start in 2013-current. This setup is very desirable since you don't need to deal with the drama of the DEF fluid. This is a 2wd truck and is great for towing since the GVWR rating will allow for more towing capacity. I have towed from the hitch only and it was a single car trailer for one of my other show cars. This truck has not been abused, erely driven and shown.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to send me a message. I always drive the vehicle with towels on the seats being sat on, ainly the driver seat. I am a complete car guy and didn't want to erode the seats in anyway so i placed soft towels on them. I also placed towels on the center console so it wouldnt erode the leather or leave an impression due to my elbow resting on it. The steering wheel is perfect as well and It would complete with the "newness" of a brand new trucks wheel. I would drive using the steering wheel spokes rather than the leather perimeter of the wheel. I didn't want the oils from my hand, o matter how clean to erode the leather and become a worn piece. I would avoid resting my left arm on the door and window ledge so it wouldn't erode the plastic/leather of those surfaces. Even with roughly 33K miles on the truck it has only seen rain once maybe twice. I removed the window wipers so it would look more slick and wouldn't allow me to drive in the rain. I don't like how window wipers polish the windshield overtime. With all this said, don't mind chatting with anybody who is interested in this machine.
