For sale is my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter HEMI Lonestar edition. Kenwood MP3/ CD player, old A/C, lean title in hand. No carpet, as plastic floor boards for ease of cleaning. It has 198,192 miles on it. I recently went to crank it early one morning when it was cold and it backfired and busted out the stupid PLASTIC intake manifold. I took it apart and see no issues with valves sticking or any signs of a broken valve spring. So, his leads me to believe that it is either a blown head gasket, r the throttle body sticking due to a bad PCV valve ($24.00), tc. I priced the intake, nd head gasket kit. The used intake may be purchased for about $150, nd the gasket kit is $115 (Felpro from summit racing). It is very simple to get running like a champ again. The oil was changed pretty religiously and I have had no issues with the truck up to this point. Has a cracked windshield and the dash is cracked from UV exposure. I have a baby on the way and need to get into a more baby friendly vehicle anyways so I'm just gonna sell it like it is. There are a few dings and scratches here and there as you can see in the picture but lets face it... its a truck. Please only serious inquiries only. I do not need help selling it. No trades.
