Reason for Sale: I am leaving the country to have a surgery on my left heel. I will not be returning for one year at least, nd even then I might not be able to drive a manual. So, he must go :(

I've owned it since:September 2014 (Bought used at the dealership).

Recent work done to it:

• Cabin Air Filter Changed
• Oil flushed every year, opped every 3- 4 months
• Rear tires changed (Runflats)
• Dealer Serviced yearly
• Front Brakes Changed (Entire system: Rotors, ads...)
• Cleaned every week. Leather hydrated & detailed every few months.
• Only fueled with Shell V- Power premium gas!
• BMW SERVICE 2 (the big one) was done before I bought the car.

• Optional Black metal flaked paint job looks stunning in sun light.

• Optional Black leather is easy to clean, as NO stains or tears, (optional M Sport black headliner, sport leather multi- function steering wheel, Sport gear knob, ead pedal, nd door sills)

• Seats and Driving position are remarkable. Few cars even beat the BMW driving position, s the fully electric, emory & heated front seat are endlessly adjustable. (this is extra special on a manual)

• It looks stunning and modern even today. This BMW looks good at the beach, t school, t work, r even parked outside a 5 star hotel. She's a one size fits all!

• Standard speakers are crisp and clear, barely ever used them.

• Excluding 3 road trips (Florida to Georgia), his was a commute vehicle. I barely even take highways, s everything I do is within a 7 mile radius of my house.

• It is garaged, nd even at the mall or super market I park her far away to avoid door dings and scratches (although she has some, he is a 6 year old after all).

• Unlike most Mercedes, ere the driver is in control!

• Unlike most Audis, t has no Understeer even with the AWD system.

• Unlike most Lexus, his BMW feels poised and sporty if you so wish.

• Unlike a Golf GTI, his 328xi has a good sized trunk.

• Cared for at the local dealership or BMW specialist.

• NEVER EVER MODIFIED!!!
